 | Inviron undertakes Lancashire project

 Inviron has been appointed by new client, Morris & Spottiswood, to undertake a mechanical and electrical project at Aegon House in Lytham St Annes, Lancashire.
The project involves Inviron installing new systems, as well as refurbishing existing ones, where practical. The mechanical work includes new air conditioning to office space and modification to the heating system including a new boiler house, toilet extract systems and new hot and cold water services including sanitaryware.
Meanwhile, the electrical aspect of the contract includes new busbar risers, LV distribution, the installation of small power, new and reuse luminaries, emergency lighting, alarms, IT structured wiring, door entry and CCTV.
In addition to working on the main five phases of office space, which are occupied by up to 1,000 Guardian Financial Services employees, an existing kitchen, restaurant and serving area will be refurbished, along with creating new meeting areas and a coffee bar.

“I'm also confident that the detailed programme of work devised by both companies will ensure that refurbishment will be carried out with minimum disruption to the staff based in Aegon House.”

The contract is due to be completed in July 2010.
