The team at Jeff Way Group is celebrating the completion of a landmark stage in one of its major contracts in South Wales.

Chris Way, who is a Director at Jeff Way Group, says that they have been working with Tai Tarian Housing Association in South Wales on a Whole House Void Property Works Framework; and recently finished work on its 150th property under the agreement.

A void property is one that is currently without a legal tenant and is unoccupied. As part of the work, the Jeff Way Group team have carried out new kitchen and bathroom installations, a full electrical rewire, full decoration and plastering, external wall insulation and solar panel and battery installation.

Liam Gadd, who is Voids and Works of Adaptations Manager, comments: “Congratulations to JeffWay on successfully completing works on their 150th void property under the Whole House Void Property Works framework. We are delighted with the results and look forward to continuing our partnership with them to deliver high-quality housing solutions for our tenants.”

Chris Way comments: “We’re proud to have achieved this milestone and together working with the Tai Tarian team, we’re also proud to be positively transforming properties across South Wales – ready to be taken on by new occupiers. The work we have carried out showcases what we are able to deliver, to tight deadlines.”

The Jeff Way Group was formed in 1989 and offers electrical, construction and training services to its customers across the Southwest and Wales.

The group employs 220 members of staff and following a flurry of contract wins and successfully delivered projects, it is on course to have one of its best years of trading.
