Marshall-Tufflex is the UK market leader in the manufacture of cable management solutions offering well-designed, hard-wearing and installer-friendly solutions for any project. The Marshall-Tufflex range is the ‘go to’ cable management and trunking supplier of choice for many contractors.
The popular Sterling range has been one of the market’s best-selling PVC-U trunking solutions in recent years thanks to its versatility, range of fittings and ease of installation. Other popular systems compliant up to Cat 7a include Odyssey curved trunking and Twin165 which provides greater space for data cabling and Sterling XL for extra high capacity.
Marshall-Tufflex has worked tirelessly to increase the amount of recycled plastic in its manufacturing to reduce its impact on the environment. Through extensive research and advanced engineering they lead the way in producing cable management systems that are, on average, comprised of 80 per cent recycled plastic. For some profile extrusions this is regularly 100 per cent.
Recycled plastic from the post-industrial window manufacturing industry (the off-cuts of window fabrication) is used. PVC-U windows are made from high grade material designed to withstand external elements, making it a stronger and more durable raw material than virgin extrusion grade cable management material. This means that their trunking solutions have a more robust nature than virgin grade products.
The British manufacturer also produces trunking systems in steel, aluminium and GRP together with Powerpoles/Posts for island locations and special solutions where a bespoke product is required. In addition it has a comprehensive range of underfloor to desk products developed for fast and adaptable installation.
Marshall-Tufflex is well known for bringing new, innovative ideas to market. Time-saving solutions such as quick-fit Wire Basket, MT Supertubeandpunched trunking are especially popular.
Marshall-Tufflex values are traditional but investment in customer support ensures they offer a modern and responsive service. Their Technical Team can advise on a wide range of technical issues, product standards, data cabling control and Part M compliancy.
The Electrical Industry Awards is also supported by: ECA, Lighting Industry Association, Electrical Times magazine and Wholesaler & Electrical Distributor magazine.
All judging is conducted by a completely independent judging panel made up from senior professionals from the top industry organisations: ECA, JIB, LIA, NAPIT and NICEIC.
