JTL, one of the UK’s leading apprenticeship providers in building services engineering, is set to host two Open Days in September at its Norwich and Nottingham training centres.
Both events will take place on Saturday 6th September from 10am to 2pm, offering employers, industry partners, and prospective apprentices the chance to explore how high-quality training can drive business growth and career success.
The Open Days will showcase how apprenticeships can help businesses grow, improve productivity and secure a pipeline of skilled workers.
Attendees will be able to tour modern training facilities, take part in interactive ‘Have-a-Go’ workshops, hear expert talks on funding and industry success stories, connect directly in the Employer-Apprentice Match Area and network with local businesses at a mini trade fair.
The events are designed to engage existing and prospective employer partners, industry stakeholders and career starters. Employers will benefit from tailored advice on navigating funding, recruitment and training, while future apprentices will gain practical insights into career opportunities in the electrical, plumbing, heating & ventilating and engineering maintenance sectors.
Mark Rudling, Delivery Team Manager at JTL Norwich, said:
“We’re looking forward to opening our doors to the Norwich community. It’s a chance to see our facilities in action, meet the team and understand how apprenticeships can open doors for both employers and individuals.”
Glynn Statham, Delivery Team Manager at JTL Nottingham, added:
“This Open Day is about bringing our community together to see the value apprenticeships can bring. Whether you’re taking on your first apprentice, growing your team, or considering your own career path, we’ll have the guidance, demonstrations, and connections to help you take the next step.”
The Open Days form part of JTL’s ongoing work to strengthen employer relationships and develop local talent, ensuring both regions are equipped with the skilled professionals needed to meet future industry demand.
