Gira launches free UK Technical Hotline

Gira has announced a brand new Technical Hotline on 0800 0060 2123.
The supplier of intelligent system solutions for building management said the free phone Hotline has been introduced to handle all UK enquiries and level 1 technical support that manages essential components, door communication and KNX systems.
Gira’s new Technical Hotline is also supported electronically via Hotline-UK@gira.com; where customers can email their questions direct to the Gira Tech Team with a view to receive the required support and/or solution.
These new point-to-point communications links are coordinated by Gira UK’s new technical support assistants, Stuart Hill and Daniel Evans, who have recently completed 9 weeks of intensive Gira training.
Both team members will take great care in providing the necessary registration, correspondence and feedback to all enquiries. Partners, installers and clients of Gira are encouraged to provide as much information at first point of enquiry to ensure the customer is able to gain the most accurate, clear advice possible.
