HiKOKI Power Tools has unveiled a new video showcasing the capabilities of its latest innovation, the NR1890DCA Brushless Framing Nailer. Designed to set a new benchmark for performance, reliability and ease of use, the NR1890DCA is the latest addition to HiKOKI’s high-performance cordless nailer range, delivering outstanding power and precision for first fix applications.

The video, now live on HiKOKI’s digital platforms and featuring Dave Finnegan from Elwood Enterprises, demonstrates the nailer’s superior driving force, exceptional battery life and innovative Air Drive Technology, a feature that eliminates the need for gas cartridges, reducing running costs and maintenance while ensuring consistent performance in all weather conditions.

“The NR1890DCA is a game-changer for professionals who rely on a powerful, efficient and low-maintenance first fix nailer. Our latest video brings the tool to life, demonstrating its impressive speed, reliability and ease of use. The cordless design, coupled with our Air Drive Technology, means there’s no need for gas canisters, fewer breakdowns and more time working efficiently on-site,” says Jon Peters, Product Manager for HiKOKI Power Tools.

The NR1890DCA Brushless Framing Nailer is built to meet the toughest demands of modern construction. Traditional gas-powered nailers often suffer from inconsistent firing, costly gas refills and performance drops in colder temperatures. HiKOKI’s Air Drive Technology removes these issues, using compressed air to drive each nail with precision and consistency.

This gas-free operation eliminates the need for expensive and messy gas cartridges, reducing ongoing costs and preventing gas-related performance issues. The tool delivers up to one thousand nails per charge on a single Multi Volt battery, ensuring long-lasting performance on-site. Its brushless motor provides increased durability, lower maintenance and extended run times. Users can switch between sequential and bump fire modes, allowing for quick adaptation to different applications and its tool-free depth adjustment ensures precision placement of nails.

The second-generation NR1890DCA has also shed a hefty 450g compared to its predecessor and has a well-balanced, comfy grip so it’s built for all-day use. Faster, lighter and with more power, this first-fix nailer reduces strain so you can work comfortably for longer.
