Presence & Co. Donates Office Furniture to Local Schools

Presence & Co., a Tunbridge Wells based property and facilities management company, has continued its commitment to supporting the local community by donating furniture to nearby schools, most recently Fleetdown Primary Academy.

Known for its wide-ranging expertise across property management, renovations, maintenance, and estate agency services, Presence & Co. operates nationwide with its headquarters in Tunbridge Wells and additional hubs across the UK.

Its facilities management division plays a crucial role in maintaining hundreds of buildings across the country ensuring compliance, safety, and smooth day-to-day running. From out-of-hours maintenance and health & safety checks to waste management and on-site support, each property benefits from a dedicated Facilities Manager as a single point of contact.

As part of their ethos to reuse and give back, the team at Presence & Co. always look to donate furniture and equipment from office closures or refurbishment projects to local schools and charities.

Fleetdown Primary Academy were the latest to benefit from this initiative.

“We would like to say a big thank you for donating the office furniture to our school,” said Jemma Hassett, Family Liaison Officer. “We have used these for our main office area where parents can sit down and relax. We have also used some parts for our staff room and another waiting area of our school.”

Michael Puszyk, Chief Operating Officer added: “As a company, we’re always looking for ways to make a positive difference locally. When we carry out dilapidations or office closures, it’s important to us that useful items find a new home rather than going to waste. Supporting local schools like Fleetdown is something we’re really proud to do.”
