InstaVolt, a leading international ultra-rapid charging network, has announced the launch of three new ultra-rapid charging sites across the Republic of Ireland, reinforcing its commitment to growing EV infrastructure across the country as it continues its global expansion.

The new charging locations in Dublin, Letterkenny and Waterford all offer reliable charging with a greater than 99% up-time, smart features via the InstaVolt app, accessible bays and on-site refreshment with sites such as McDonald’s and SPAR.

This brings InstaVolt’s total Irish network to seven sites and 14 160kW ultra-rapid chargers as it continues its ongoing investment in Ireland’s EV charging infrastructure.

Open 24/7 and powered by 100% renewable energy, InstaVolt’s chargers support contactless payment – including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amex, and all major debit and credit cards, as well as popular roaming cards – ensuring a simple and transparent charging experience.

The expansion underlines InstaVolt’s mission to make charging as seamless and dependable as possible, supporting the country’s transition to cleaner transport and aligning with national climate goals.

Delvin Lane, CEO of InstaVolt, said: “We’re proud to see our network in Ireland continue to grow, helping drivers charge quickly, easily and sustainably wherever their journey takes them.

“Our new sites in Dublin, Letterkenny and Waterford are part of InstaVolt’s ongoing commitment to expanding access to reliable, ultra-rapid charging across the Republic of Ireland.”
InstaVolt is the UK’s leading public ultra-rapid charging network, with an international presence in Iceland, Ireland, Spain and Portugal.
The new sites continue InstaVolt’s wider strategy of delivering best-in-class charging at convenient locations, with ultra-reliable infrastructure and customer-first design.
